My motivation for writing this text is simple.
Currently I see many posts from people who want to change their appearance (either completely or just certain details).
The problem is that they affirm, affirm, and affirm for a long time and still do not get results.

Your appearance, like anything else in your life:

But how are beliefs formed?
As a rule, your thoughts form most of your beliefs, but not only that. Your beliefs can also come from external influences, subliminal messages, or things you accepted as truth.

The only thing necessary to drastically change your life in any area is:
TO CREATE A STRONG BELIEF SYSTEM
SCALE ANALOGY:
To understand this practically, I want you to imagine your appearance as a scale. A neutral scale.
- each negative thought → weight on the negative side
- each opposite idea to what you want that you accept as real → more negative weight
Now comes the important part.
You decide to change. What do you need to do?
Invert your negative thoughts into positive thoughts and introduce ideas aligned with what you want (I already mention there are many ways to do this).
Each of these things is a small weight on the positive side.
FINAL GOAL:

But how can I make the positive side of the scale stronger than the negative one? In more technical terms, how can I impress and make the idea that I have my desired appearance extremely impressed into my subconscious?
I imagine you want results as fast as possible, am I correct?
Perfect.
Then I recommend that you attack all sides.
And how will you do that?
Basically, I do not want to make this a boring post to read, but the basic neuroscience concept is the following: your subconscious mind absorbs more than 10 million bits per second, about 10 million through vision and around 1 million through hearing. The rest is distributed among the other senses.
Your conscious mind, however, processes only about 40 to 50 bits per second.
This means your subconscious is more than 100,000 times stronger.
So why use only one method?
ATTACK FROM ALL SIDES:
Do the following:
- Create an audio with the same affirmations you would say mentally
- Listen to this audio as much as you can
The more times this information reaches your mind, the faster the subconscious accepts and replicates it.
Now the most important part:
VISION.
Vision is the main input channel of information.
What should you do?
- Install an app that shows flashing text on the screen
- Speed: around 40 to 50 milliseconds
- Use the same affirmations from the audio
Your conscious mind will not catch it, but your subconscious will.
Let it run as much as possible (even 24/7 if you want).
Over time:
- you will no longer consciously notice it
- but the subconscious will keep absorbing it
If you want to make it even stronger:
- write the affirmations (optional)
In this way, your subconscious mind is impacted from:
- thought - audio - vision
All at the same time.
FINAL POINT:
If you want to change only one feature (e.g., losing weight):
- make a direct affirmation
- keep it short
- repeat it many times
The shorter it is:
- more repetitions
- more impact
- faster results
If you want to change multiple things:
Create a PDF document titled:
THE EXACT AND PERFECT DESCRIPTION OF MY DREAM APPEARANCE
And write like this:
- “In my dream appearance, I have a very defined jawline”
- “In my dream appearance, I have green eyes”
And so on.
Then:
- read the list 3 times a day - use a central affirmation: «“I have my dream appearance”»
And apply this in:
- thoughts - audio - vision
