Hi new future friends! I'm moving to Austin from Chicago in June and just started the dreaded job hunt. I'm a nurse and was hoping to get some insight on what to expect/ask for for my hourly pay rate.

I'm sure the nursing market in Austin is completely different than Chicago lol I want to make sure I'm not getting bamboozled when I start getting offers.

Some job-relates details: I have my RN MSN (already have my temporary tx license) I've been a nurse for 3 years, worked in critical care for a year and some change, and recently got my ccrn! I've applied to 2 IMC jobs thus far.
