I have sky lights in my rental apartment and honestly worst part of Summer is opening these up. Does anyone know of a good solution to automate them? Something with a motor. Some info:

• It is opened by turning the ring, and the ring part gets lower as it opens.
• It requires some amount of power to rotate it.
• It is in no way in reach of a plug, best solution would be solar powered I believe, which I assume charges through thr window.
