I had this issue with the TV years ago. I ended up taking the back off and checking the cables and one of the ribbon cables was loose. I secured it and the issue went away. Picture was perfect.

Well, the problem returned a few months ago (one of the lines marked in this video by some electrical tape at the top). So, I did the same thing. Checked the cables, made sure all was good, put the back on...but the problem remained. I went ahead and replaced the TCon since that seemed like a cheap solution that has worked for others, but that didn't help. Any other ideas?
