Bought a used tire and I found this three patches. The first one I deemed it safe but the other two sits closed together as I suspect it was punctured close to each others but I can't find any other hole or used to be hole except for hole in the photo. My best guess is they patched it wrongly. So my question is:

Is it safe to use because I rarely drive on the highway. Mostly did city driving go back and forth to work.
Does the patching above okay or nah?
Do the last hole deemed safe to drive despite the patching?

I used to changed all my tires brand new but last week I've got punctured bad on my left rear tire. It's my first time diving into this second-hand-patched-tire. I'm trying to be cheap-ass for once. Cheers.
