First off - I am absolutely NOT a fitness girly - props to all of us who are, keep killing it. I also completely recognize that many of us are also still too sick to move. Existing IS a workout, you’re doing amazing.
That being said, I personally am starting to feel a teeny weeny bit better at 9w now, and I’m wanting to start doing a few minutes of stretching and hip & pelvic mobility exercises…
Does anyone have any channels / resources that they like? Open to all platforms!
Also if anyone wants motivation and accountability buddies, I’m a terrible self motivator so, ya know let’s have some fun with it and birth these babes the best we can!!
