Hey everyone, I’m building Cosyra, a mobile-first cloud terminal app.
The idea: instead of running everything locally on your phone, Cosyra gives you a persistent Linux cloud environment you can access from mobile.
It’s not meant to replace Termux. I see it more as a companion for use cases like:
- Running long-lived terminal sessions
- Using bigger cloud resources from your phone
- Running AI coding agents like Claude Code / Codex / Gemini CLI
- Previewing web apps from a mobile dev environment
- Coding or debugging when away from a laptop
I’m posting here because Termux users probably understand mobile terminal workflows better than anyone.
I’d love honest feedback:
Would this actually be useful to you, or would you rather just use Termux + SSH?
Also, what would make a cloud terminal app feel trustworthy enough to try?
