I don’t know what I’m doing

Hi, I’d like to lose weight, but I don’t really know where to start with nutrition so I was wondering if anyone knew any easy website that gives food suggestions or something?

I was also hoping for some info on what to expect progress wise. I’ve tried to loose weight before and usually end up eating too much and gaining it back. For example I went from like 146 to 137 over the course of two weeks, but over the past few days I ate too much and went back up to 144. I feel like my weight is always bouncing all over the place and I wanted to know what normal expectations I should have for losing weight in a healthy way?

Really I’ll take any advice because I tend to alternate between eating way too much or eating like 500 calories a day and then going back to eating too much.
