I recently attended a catered event which had multiple full trays of food leftover. They were sitting out for hours after the event and definitely have already gone bad, but there’s too much food to just throw out.
Is there anything I can do to repurpose it? It’s some rice, stale bread, potato wedges, and oily chicken cooked with lemon and rosemary.
If this isn’t the right sub for this type of question please redirect me to another, I am not familiar with composting but am very welcome to any suggestions.
