Down 60lbs in 10 months, should keep cutting or go on maintenance?
I’ve lost around 60lbs after 10 months in the gym but lately I’ve felt stuck. I don’t know whether I should keep cutting until 14-15%bf or start eating maintenance, rn I feel kinda tired of cutting in general and I haven’t progressed in a while but I don’t know if it’s a good idea to just stop with it. Just any advice in general would be appreciated.
