I purchased my 1980 Z28 last November as a project car. It is factory Metallic Bronze (color code 80), gold decals, gold N90 wheels (didn’t have those at the time of my purchase), and T-Tops. It came factory with deluxe camel interior, an automatic transmission, cruise control, power locks, A/C, and was manufactured in Van-Nuys, CA. My t-tops have gold anodized trim with grey tinted glass. I was wondering if anyone had any insight on these t-tops. The only gold t-tops I have seen are on Y88 Trans Ams, but those usually are gold tinted as well. My original plan for this car was to paint it black and give it red interior, but if this is something special, I would prefer to restore it to its original state if possible. Any insight is greatly appreciated!
