In a previous post I had mentioned having problems getting stung and people recommended a better bee suit. One of the ones recommended was Ultra Breeze/ Ultrabreeze. The problem is I'm finding two different brands under that name. Ultrabreeze one word and Ultra Breeze two words.
Which one am I looking for? Any other suggestions for brands?
I'm a would be beekeeper but right now more of a bee watcher. I have a hive that's been buzzing Along on its own since I moved in here.
There's a active Hive and an abandoned hive. The abandoned Hive looks clean. I double checked for bugs.
Anyway, the main Hive swarmed today! They're up in the tree and that's the picture. I put some lemongrass drops on a frame inside the abandoned hive. Would that suffice as a bee trap? The tree is about 25 ft, Maybe, from the abandoned hive.
Could that work? Do I need to make some sort of bee trap closer?

Looks like this Hive is swarming. I've seen enough other videos that I can tell that much. It's pretty high in the trees so I'm not sure what to do. I've been working outside all morning and I just heard the sound.
I'm more of a bee watcher. This Hive is been on the property but I haven't really gotten into it. Tried to Once in they stung me 21 times so, that kind of put me off to the whole thing. But anyway, I'm willing to try to do something but I don't know what.

I just install Kubuntu yesterday. I am brand new to Linux.
Today I was flowing along a vid learning to use Konsole and at one point (to install something) is asks for a password...???
I didn't add a PW at install. There was an option for no PW and I chose that.
So, what is it asking for and how do I find it? The system is up and running, not trying to log in.
Hello all. I've Loved roses forever but this is the first time I've been able to start considering actually putting some in. I'll probably make another post about one that came with the property but that's for another time.
Anyway, these are Knockouts that were on clearance at Walmart. I thought I'd give it a try to save them. There seems to be some green tinge to some of these branches. Broke a little one off in the store and it seemed to have a little green on the inside. Hoping they're not dead dead. Walmart said I can return them if they are.
Any ideas on how to proceed?
Just downloaded kubuntu for the first time on an older machine pc. I'm totally new to linux.
A0s soon as I hook up this machine to the internet and start to browse or download, everything Slows To less than 2 Mbps per speedtest.net!
And I mean, everything! I did a speed tests on another computer (win11) that's on Wi-Fi while my Linux computer was on the Wi-Fi and then again when it was on lan. Goes from nearly 90 down to <2Mbps regardless.
If I sleep the Linux computer, everything goes back up to normal speeds ~90Mbps... so it's definitely causing a problem.
-the Linux firewall is off.
-I went into my routers admin page and made sure the firmware was up to date, it wasn't. Didn't make any difference.
What is happening?
