Hello!

I need suggestions on how to make homemade chocolated hardened?

I tried making chocolate at home for the first time and here is what I did so that you can point out what went wrong and where to fix it?

I bought cocoa powder, mixed it with milk, melted butter and powdered nut and mix them all in Mixie to make a thick paste.

Then I poured that paste into mould and kept inside refrigerator overnight.

But the paste did not get thickened.

Not sure what went wrong.

Please suggest the correct course of action.

Also, one more point I want to add here: I want my homemade chocolate to have lots of nuts but in powdered form.Can this be done?
