I’m 2 1/2 years out, and am able to eat about a cup of food on some days, I’m panicking that I messed something up somewhere along the line, because that seems like too much. I do still try to keep up with eating healthy and prioritizing protein. It just seems like a lot of days I can eat more than I thought I would. Is this normal? To be able to eat a whole cup of food. (For example last night was 1/2 cup of salad, with high protein low calorie ranch dressing, and 1/2 cup of low carb spaghetti.)

For reference:

I’m about 110 pounds down from my heaviest (I don’t know the number I stopped weighing after 300), and I’m about 10 pounds heavier than my lowest (hover around 195lbs), which was in November ‘24, but I also had a baby, so I don’t know if that didn’t help my food volume thing.
