Brought it down to 2k does not turn on seller says it’s just the battery. Should I buy?? I think I can sell this for way more tbh

Recently bought this bike come from 5 previous Harley Davidson motorcycles. Wanted something I can customize and ride in town. My thing is where are yall buying everything lol. And also so first thing I wanna do is my exhaust. Do I have to tune my carb? Do I have to buy a kit for it? All the TJ brutals kits are sold out.. so I’m now sure if I’m safe just buying an exhaust and riding it like that.
