I was getting in my car which has had the windows closed and hasn’t been started or anything for about a month now. As I tried to start the car I saw a mouse run across the floor. I later trapped him. And I’m wondering what type of mouse this is. And if it’s a deer mouse how likely is it that I could’ve been exposed to the hentavirus? I just opened my door and tried starting the car. It smelled like mouse poop heavily though.
