Issues with a new Ruark R3S

Hello all.

I recently bought a Ruark R3S to replace a Bose Wave Sound touch system as Bose discontinued support for them.

I'm trying to set up my Ruark R3S. I plugged it in and got it connected to the WiFi. I was doing a software update and it got stuck for maybe half an hour. I proceeded to unplug it and plug it back in in hopes to restart this but now there's a constant message on the screen that says "waiting for PC wizard...". I have unplugged it and plugged it back in and it still says the same message.

Anyone got any answers on how to resolve this? I couldn't find anything online and their customer support is closed on weekends, thought asking somewhere like here would be a good idea.
