Hi, so I recently went from 320 to 250 in roughly six months. I did intermittent fasting and a lot of exercise. I’ve been working hard to get to 220—not there yet, but I’m making progress.

Recently, I’ve developed an issue where, when I stand up after sitting for a bit, I get very lightheaded and dizzy for a second. It passes after about a minute. I thought my calories were too low, so I ate more on the days it was worst, but that didn’t help.

It’s concerning, but not enough to cause panic. I was wondering if the rapid weight loss could have caused this.

Edit: this is the second lowest weight I've been in my adult life my previous was 240 and this didn't happen
