I’m a newbie that’s trying to experiment with an options trading strategy.

Currently I mainly trade NQ futures and avoided options because of the inability to control the SL/TP.

I’m looking at trying my hand here and really dk anything so would like to run this strategy through more experienced minds.

Basically use technical analysis in the form of SMC to project future movements in the stock. (I use SMC for NQ/forex trading) Afterwards buy puts/calls depending on the setup. Sell once the price action reaches the setup’s TP / SL.

The only issue here is that idk how to control my TP/SL. Which makes risk management a little funky.

Is this feasible? Or am I just really talking out of my arse here?
