Has anyone else noticed the last 6 months have been beyond a nightmare? I’m not sure how much more I can take after 20 years. Management micromanages every single decision we make. There is no support and the work life balance has become unbearable. Starting at 5am and getting off at 6-7pm is not sustainable. Yes pepsi keep forcing in bots and ruining relationships.
