I’m seriously considering getting rid of all screens. Laptop, tv, switching to flip phone if it will bring back my vision. Has anyone tried this? How much did it help?

Was curious if anyone had any experience doing the valsalva maneuver and had any positive effects. I feel like doing it could possibly be an unintentional double edged sword.
