I’m new and have been doing tasks as quickly as possible (with the content being done correctly, I’m not just hurrying through). It feels like many people take as long as possible to maximize earnings instead.

Someone who took five hours for onboarding got paid the same amount I did for onboarding plus three tasks. Am I being stupid for trying to get things done fast or is that what they want and I’ll be rewarded with more tasks, project security, etc?
