In the light novel, Feldway was able to dominate Milim in her stampede form easily due to her weakened mental defenses. However ,it was also largely due to Feldway's huge EP level and computational power that allowed it in the first place.

My question is , if Veldanava or Rimuru were to use this skill would they be able to dominate the top tiers like Guy,Velzard etc much easier since they possess a much stronger computational power and existence value than them. Also since it is Veldanava he probably has a much higher willpower than most if not everyone in the verse.
