Hey all,

I was wondering when I would be eligible for the VA loan.

For context, I entered the Reserve Sep 2020 but did not go to basic until Feb 2021. Im currently 5 years in as a reservist, no active duty time besides training (BCT, OCS, BOLC & the ATs).

Will the VA use the Sep 2020 date to calculate my 6 year mark? Or the Feb 2021 date?
