Please help me reach this to a wider audience, because authorities have turned blind, deaf, and mute to a minor’s suffering and the violation of his fundamental rights.
- If this happened to an adult, it would be called assault. Then why does the definition change in case of a 2-year old?
- If clear evidence still leads to no action, what does it actually take for a child to be protected in this country?
- Can anyone here (media/legal/child protection/any relevant authority) help with the next steps or connect me to the right people who can ensure this crime is treated as such and gets a fair investigation?
