We have some obvious rising damp issues in some of our walls due to poor sub floor ventilation which we have are addressing with a new drain and sub floor fans.

This wall used to be behind a built in wardrobe which has some obvious mould. Question on the best way to deal with removing this properly? We have cleaned the mould off with a mould wall cleaner we got online. Any other suggestions as to any further work? Do we need to remove the plaster ??
