Can these be saved?
Leather Sam Edelman ballet flats. I’ve worn them a ton and you can tell! I love them, is there anyway to repair them? I hate the idea of throwing them into the landfill.

I would love recommendation on books, articles or podcasts you find valuable on strengthening management and leadership skills. I am continuing to struggle moving out of the independent contributor mindset (my reflex is to jump in and help and then I realize once I’m too deep that I should have delegated!).
