Newish to the region, living around highland park. Looking for joints w/ good medium roast drip coffee.

Newer coffee shops tend to emphasize hyper light roasts that, at least to me, taste overly acidic. And the rest - even donut shops - seem to put out dark/French roasts like it’s 1995.

Any alternatives? Thanks!

(Yes, I enjoy espresso, but it’s doesn’t get along with me right now so I’m on the drip train)
