Negative Cash Balance
During their outage i had one prediction that was placed and lost. Completely fine with that no worries. Although when it settled my cash balance was in the negative. Which should be impossible based on they only use your liquid cash for predictions. Shouldn’t be able to go negative nor did i place more money than cash I have. My overall balance is still positive from my BTC holdings. But I’ve been going back and forth with support where they are confirming me that a negative cash balance from their prediction market is impossible in our system and that their specialist team is working on my account. Now that all sounds great but it has now been 6 days and I’ve been reading everyone’s horror stories about their support. Curious if anyone has had a similar situation and can tell me good or bad news.
