Hello! I purchased a new BMW X5 and there were a couple of pieces of debris on the black bumper trim. I used my fingernail to LIGHTLY scratch the debris off, and it left behind the marks you see in the pictures. It doesn’t appear that the plastic is actually scratched, but my fingernail left shinier spots behind, if that makes sense. I’ve tried to several products to remove the “scratches” - Cerakote Ceramic Plastic Restorer, Nextzett Cockpit Premium, Mother’s VLC Cleaner, Waterless Car Wash - and nothing is working. Any ideas???
