Hi all,

I have a job offer in MN for an MLS position. I got a misdemeanor dui 3 years ago while working in the MLS position I am in now. I haven't went through a background check hiring process since that happened and wondered if anyone knows if this will deny me in the background check process or if anyone has any similar experience?
