Background & Strategy

I have spent over a decade leveraging technology to solve complex business operations. While my background is robust in traditional business solution software, I am aggressively pivoting my focus toward Vertical SaaS and Agentic Automation for 2026. I am currently deep-diving into modernizing my stack to align with where the industry is moving.

The Current Roadblock

Despite my experience, I’ve hit a significant wall—a "mid-life career crisis" of sorts. The current market feels fractured; I’m navigating a sea of "phantom recruitment" and exhausting multi-round interview cycles that often lead to dead ends. It’s a gray area that is proving difficult to bridge alone.

What I’m Looking For

I am seeking a mentor who has successfully navigated the shift from legacy business systems to the world of AI agents and specialized SaaS. Specifically, I’d value guidance on:

Navigating the "hidden" job market and avoiding recruitment loops.

Translating a decade of senior-level experience into the agentic automation space.

General perspective from someone who has overcome a mid-career plateau in a shifting industry.

The Tech Stack: SQL (various dialects) - API - B.I Tools & Applications (Excel -》 Power BI).

I'm happy to provide value in return, whether that’s through operational insights or a second set of eyes on any projects of your own.
