I really wnat to discuss problems with some body but because cp is not so famous i am struggling to find some body to discuss with him cp so is there any discord group for cp

I see people who solved alot of problems and still stuck at 800-1200 rating and others who solved less problems are higher rank like 1500-1800 so what is the core thing that make some one a good competitive programmer i dont think that its just talent so please help and if you are really good at it please give advices
