Hi! I run a B2B cosmetics manufacturing business in Kolkata, India. Currently, we sell around 200 units per month, and our target is to scale to 2,000 units per month.
I am planning to hire two sales representatives at ₹25,000/month each. Our B2B selling price is ₹300 per unit, with a profit margin of ₹100 per unit.
I’d like guidance on:

What should be the realistic monthly sales target per representative?

What performance expectations should I have for the first 3 months?

At what point should the sales reps become profitable for the business?

What would be considered good vs poor performance in this setup?

Last but not the least, what should I be looking at while hiring. Business is pretty tight so wanna make safer bets. People from Indian market would be lovely.
