Hi guys, new here. I’ve been dealing with porn and all that for a while now (~3 years), and Ive finally gone a month without watching or beating off! I know I may sound pretentious and Catholic about this, but I have found that going to Confession, praying, reading the Word (I love doing Lectio Divina) are sure fire ways to protect yourself. Also, downloading a porn blocker on your phone (I use Covenant Eyes) and having someone you know and trust keep an eye on you is a load of help.
I know how easy it is to fall into it again, so please pray for me, I really need it.
