Dealing with an injury that refuse to heal

Hi all.

So I've been playing pickups bi-weekly for years. always as a GK. Almost 3 months ago, I got injured. It was just the start of the game, and tbh I did not warmed up my hands enough probably, and after 2 minutes, some new player (one of those big guys that are not technical at all but have INSANE rockets), kicked the ball at very big force, I made the save with my hand (tbh didn't do a lot as the ball was coming to my side), but it injured me. Pulled my fingers back and caused some internal tissue damage. Nothing visible - all internal.

Had X-ray - no broken bones, and had an ultrasound that showed some joint and tendon inflammation. The first week, the pain was 10/10 24/7, but after that, it went away. But now, almost 3 months later, I still have pain when I have a lot of pressure on the wrist, or if I try to bend it for a push-up angle, for example (I can't get to that position with my wrist).

I just don't see any improvement in the last few weeks. The ultrasound is the same.

Have you ever dealt with such a long-term injury? Any advice?

I got injured a few times before, but nothing that did not pass in a week or two.

Hi all.

So I have an injury for a few months already in my hand/wrist and so far the 2 Orthopedist I went to didn't really provide much value, I've been told to look for a hand specialist. Does anyone have any recommendations?
