I'm not super sure if this is the right thread to ask, since I'm very new to reddit. Is there a difference between Amazon Jr. SDE (JDP) vs Amazon Summer SDE Intern on your resume (from a recruiting perspective). I know the Jr. developer program has a lower bar for hiring since its mostly targeted at eary-career folks but I was wondering if it's perceived differently to recruiters. Also, if there's not a difference, would it be accurate to say SDE intern on my resume regardless or do I need to specify the Jr. Program? Any advice/insight is appreciated!

Oh also, does anyone know if the FT conversion rate is the same/different between these two?
