That’s it. That’s the sum and total of her remaining claims.

The only wrinkle in the remaining claims is that Wayfarer at one time stupidly agreed to not say bad things about her in an effort to get her to come back to work. Because of that agreement, the contract violation claim is the only one that was a serious toss up as to what the jury would do.

That’s it. That’s all that remained of her case.
