Help idk what to do

hi guys. I woke up yesterday to see my mantis chloe (Chinese) molted. she looked so good and was moving, didn’t look like a mismolt or anything like that. this morning I try to look for her and she is bent on the floor near her plant. I moved the nearby stick and the plant and gently placed her on the floor, (you can see in the photo these might have compromised her positioning) a few minutes after that she ended up on her side on the ground. im thinking she must have fallen or gotten herself in a position she wasn’t able to get out of sometime last night or hopefully early this morning, I'm scared she must have spent hours in that position. she’s still moving and trying to extend her legs and It looks like she’s trying really hard to move. as it hasn’t even been 48 hours I’m scared to handle her more than I already have.

Right away his morning

When I took the plant out

How she looks rn

i lightly misted the tank and a few droplets landed on her which she reacted to, i pit a piece of mesh near her so if she was able to she could grab on, I’m just not sure what else I should do besides wait. I’m so upset and scared and just wondering if this has happened to anyone else, and if their mantis was able to heal and survive?

If you’re going to recommend I throw her in the freezer, I’m not gonna do that.
