Hey everyone, I really need some help understanding something that just happened because I’m honestly pretty shaken. I’ve done spiritual cleanses before, so I’m not new to this kind of practice, and usually I feel like I can interpret what I see or at least get a general sense of what it means. But this time was completely different and honestly kind of alarming compared to anything I’ve experienced before.
I’ve already been feeling extremely drained for a while now, like this constant heavy energy that doesn’t go away no matter what I do. I decided to do a cleanse hoping it would help lift some of that, but instead what I saw afterward looked really intense—way more than anything I’ve ever seen in the past. It didn’t feel calming or reassuring like it usually does, it just made me feel more uneasy and confused.
What’s throwing me off is that I don’t know how to interpret something that looks this extreme. In the past, even when things looked “off,” I could kind of make sense of it, but this time I genuinely don’t know what I’m looking at or what it could mean. It’s making me question whether this is just a stronger release of energy, or if it’s reflecting something deeper going on with me that I’m not fully aware of.
Has anyone had a cleanse come out looking way more intense than usual, to the point where it kind of scared you? How do you interpret something like that, especially when it doesn’t match your past experiences at all? I don’t want to jump to conclusions, but I also don’t want to ignore it if it’s something important. I just feel really overwhelmed and unsure how to read this, and I’d really appreciate any insight or similar experiences
