Any online services, tests, or products you’ve found helpful in treating PMDD yourself?
I have an upcoming appointment with a specialist office (women’s health) but am not sure they’re going to be useful. I’ve been dealing with PMDDxADHD for several years now and it’s at the point where I can’t do another month of this. (Ik, Ik, we all say this every month.)
Are there any women’s health services, tests, etc. you’ve found helpful out of pocket? Whether that’s a prescriber, blood panel, or even some kind of device.
Please let me know. I really need a backup plan if they tell me “Let’s try this low-dose birth control pill anddd see you again in 6-12 months.”
