I have a gift card with a $100 balance, confirmed on the gift card site. I have tried twice now to use it when booking a flight on the website, but I get an error/dialog banner saying that the gift card balance is insufficient to cover my ticket, and it won’t apply the $100 to the balance. Any thoughts on why?
