They say this is a safe city but then you see cars and two wheelers roaming freely without number plates. I mean as a regular citizen in this city how can I feel safe when there is a car with black film and no number plate roaming around my locality. The traffic police is useless in this city. People don't follow any rules here, literally the worst that I have seen.
