Help! I will have to taper Escitalopram 5 mg and 3.6 Mirtazapine. Chat gpt says i will have to taper very slowly because i am a poor metabolizer Cyp2C19 3a5. But it is gonna take years. I don't sleep. Maybe 3 hours a night. Anyone had the same combo and tapering succes??
