Hi everyone, I’m 33F and I’ve been noticing more shedding recently, especially now that it’s getting colder. I took this photo of my crown/part line and I’m wondering if this looks like early female pattern hair loss or just seasonal shedding/thinning?

I do notice:
- more hair fall during washing
- some scalp flakes/dryness
- visible scalp under bright lighting

But I can also see some shorter baby hairs growing.

I haven’t started minoxidil yet because I’m not sure if this is actually FPHL or something temporary like telogen effluvium/stress/seasonal shedding.

Would really appreciate honest opinions or advice from anyone who’s experienced something similar. Thank you 🙏
