I am 6 months into my weight loss journey and *almost* 60lbs down. My starting weight was 305 so a 60lb loss on me has made only a slight difference in my appearance. I'm at the point now where I have made a lot of good long term changes that I can stick by. Ive found good replacements for really bad habits I had.

That being said, I'm also reaching the point where the things I do miss, I am REALLY missing. I am trying to learn to indulge myself a little with those things but thats one thing I still struggle with. When I eat those foods, I get the urge to binge eat. I have been mostly successful in combating this (I'm not perfect) but I still have at least another 80lbs to go. I geel myself being like theres no way i can do 80 more pounds. It feels unobtainable.

I want to start celebrating my 10lb milestones with something to keep me motivated, and make my goal feel not so daunting. I obviously dont want it to be food, but dang thats what I have always rewarded myself with!

Does anyone have something they celebrate with or do for themselves at milestones?
