My husband just updated his AIRE to SF Consulate after being under Maracaibo consulate as single for way longer than he should have. Now we have 3 kids to register and a marriage to certify. We have all our papers ready to mail to the SF consulate, but can't figure out if there is a cost. We have the fee sheet from the consulate, but we aren't sure if any of them apply to us. Does any one know? Despite being the one with Italian citizenship, he doesn't want to email the consulate to ask. TIA
