EMW help

My 8 month old has been having early morning wakes all this week and I am not sure what to tweak. Her WW are 3/3.5/4. I cap naps at 1.5hr (first nap is usually 1.5, second is 30min but I have been seeing that length since I added to her WW). She independently sleeps for nap and bedtime. My desired wake time is closer to 6:30/7.

No matter when she goes to bed lately she is up 5:30/5:45 crying and I can always get her back to sleep after awhile.

Yesterday I added a bit of awake time and did later bedtime to see if I’d get her back to her *normal* 11hr nights. Nope. Woke the same time.

Should I try letting her get some more day sleep?? Maybe 2.5-3 vs her more standard 2. Should I cap day sleep even more instead?

Should I be doing a sleep training method for that EMW?

I’m just kind of lost on what to tweak!! Thanks!

My 8 month old is having some early wakings (around 5:30ish). We changed to 2 naps a few weeks ago and her schedule is now 3/3.5/4. Naps are usually 1.5hr and 30 mins but we have got some longer naps with that slightly longer WW (sometimes she’s done 3.75 if it doesn’t make bedtime too late). Any thing we can tweak to help with the EMW? Our desired wake time is 6:30/7! She’s an independent sleeper, no paci at bedtime no feeding or rocking to sleep (unless she’s very upset or not settling then we will pat her back while she lays in the crib).

She was sick last Sunday and before that we were doing well with the EMW after revamping her schedule.

I’ve been seeing what chat gpt says for me to do and I’m confused!? My daughter (8mo) had great naps today (2hr first nap and is now at 1hr for second nap) and it’s telling me to shorten last wake window? I always figured the longer and better naps, the longer the wake windows baby can handle after?

Why is it giving this advice and what should I actually do?

We are doing 3/3.5/4 pretty consistently now. Although 4hr after a long second nap seems to cause a bit more fight at bedtime (not sure if I should lengthen a little??).

My 8 month old started doing 2 naps a couple of weeks ago. She’s doing 3/3/4 and one nap is usually 1.5hr and the other 30-45mins. She’s pretty much always an 11hr night girly.

Unfortunately we were just on vacation and her nan was watching her and she’s stuck in an early morning loop. Which is not a big deal but her wake up time has been around 5:30 (sometimes able to be kept asleep in arms until 6ish). In an ideal world we’d much prefer a later wake time, 7ish would be great!! Should I slowly just add a bit of awake time onto her wake windows until bed time is a bit later?? What is the best route to take?

Also, any way to extend that second nap a little bit?
