Help me make my sister understand her damage

Help me make my sister understand her damage

Does anyone have a rough estimate of what it might cost to replace these, labor included? My (33f) sister (18f) moved in with us and her guinea pig’s cage has been a constant problem. I finally went in to deep clean the whole thing myself and discovered the water bottle had been dripping into some paper she was using as an extra liner beneath the cage, and caused this floor damage. There was mildew. Probably a mix of water and guinea pig urine.

This house was built in 1910. The previous owners said this is the original floor that was refinished just before they sold. Said to be Douglas fir.
It’s our first time owning a home. We bought this house and the floors were one of the top things we loved about it. I’m pretty upset about the damage. And I need a number to give her so she understands the consequences of her neglect.

For more context, I have never lived with her before. She’s a nice kid but, really she has a ton of learning to do. In the house she grew up in, they didn’t care about stuff like this. She has some real issues with hygiene, lack of financial awareness, lack of responsibility in general. She basically moved in with us so my husband and I can try to fill the gaps of preparing her for adulthood in the way her own mom failed her.
