Hello all! I know this sounds like an odd question, but how do you guys play Orks?

While I always loved the Orks, I didn't delve into them when I started playing, instead went with Dark Angels. But seeing that the new models are absolutely amazing, I'll buy the Armageddon box mostly for the Orks, so why not slowly build an army also. But seeing all the stats I can't picture how to play them. Their shooting is simply bad, many of them have 5+ SV and 1 W, and some of the melee feels quite mild? (granted I've only played for 1 year so quite high chances I'm wrong on that part). How does the army play and feel? Is it a pressure army? Do you hide and then Waaaagh the opponent to oblivion? What tips could you share for a new wannabe Greenskin?
